My story includes thirteen years of marriage, three daughters — including one adopted — a move from Atlanta to Taipei, and a version of success I left behind because something else was calling.

I don't coach having already arrived. I coach because living and leading intentionally is done best with those who challenge you to reach for more.

I'm not here to hand you a formula. I'm here to walk alongside you, ask thought-provoking questions, and help you become the leader God made you uniquely to be.
